Sick of going to those huge bridal shows where you walk from table to table in a ballroom full of wedding vendors but never really connecting with any person or service? Then come check out the Westerly Bridal Meet and Greet! Meet with every local vendor you need to plan the most fabulous wedding all while celebrating your engagement and the planning process at the Andrea Hotel with the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop. Here you will be able to connect with people at this fun, interactive, and relaxed event! Here's some things to look forward to:

* Sample some of the Andrea's cuisine as you enjoy passed appetizers. Interested in having a signature cocktail? Try a few that the great bartenders at the Andrea have developed and see if they will fit your special day.
* Have your cake tasting immediately with delicious samples from Vesta Bakery.
* Meet DJ Jay McGlinsey from Jay's Music Service while listening to his music and getting a feel for his style. If you like what you hear, Jay will give 25% off to brides that book that day. Not ready to make a decision? You'll still get a 10% off coupon to use later.
* While you are tasting, sipping drinks and listening to music look around for the models from Melissa Ashley Brides showing the latest fashions for brides and their attendants. You will also want to look for the models showing the latest in formal wear for the groom and groomsmen. Book an appointment on the day of the Meet and Greet and purchase a gown- Melissa Ashley will give you a free veil!
* If you like the models' hair and make-up stop over to see Uptown Salon and Spa! Check out their make-up demonstrations and great event specials for attendees.
* Have some wedding planning questions? Stop by the Stela Parties and Events area to have a complimentary mini consultation, put together a sweet bouquet from our bloom bar and meet with Stela Design Team members to discuss custom jewelry, invitations, and non-floral centerpieces and decor. If you're ready to plan your wedding, book a complimentary initial consultation that will be automatically upgraded to our Event Consultation package! This means all you have to do is sit down with Stela and we will provide you with a game plan for you to use throughout your planning process, whether you choose to book with us or not! This offer has a $95 value and will save you hours of research and stress!
* Pop over to the meet with Vicki from Smashing Photo and Video Booth Rentals and have your picture taken with some of their great new props. Like what you see? Brides will receive a $250 voucher to be used towards their photo booth rental!
* Thinking about a wedding photographer? Meet with Larry St.Pierre of St.Pierre Photography. If you schedule and attend a consultation with Larry, he will gift you with a complimentary engagement session whether you book him or not!
* Not sure how you are getting to your wedding? Joshua's Limousines will be able to show and tell you about all of their great transportation options.
* Coastal Convenience and Gifts will be showing great gifts for your wedding party, favors, or things to add to your registry! They will be providing attendees with 20% coupons and demonstrating their Venus Body Care line.
* Need other bridal party gifts, favors, or just want to do something different at your wedding? Brennan's Smoke Shop will be showing great gifts for the groomsmen and will be offering consultations on setting up your own wedding cigar bar or selecting great cigars for personalized favors. * Enjoying the beautiful floral centerpieces? Stop in to see Debbie Fortune of Tussie Mussie Wedding Flowers! Check out different types of bouquets and discuss your floral needs. 2012 and 2013 brides that book with Tussie Mussie will receive a complimentary tossing bouquet made from large carnations and baby's breath!
* Take some time to look at the beautiful tablescapes and interesting wedding ideas throughout the event. These are sure to inspire you no matter what your venue is but, if you fall in love with the Andrea they have a fantastic offer! Admission is completely free and everyone gets an event bag stuffed with offers, samples and information from local businesses in addition to several different bridal magazines. All brides will receive a "Bride" pin and the first 25 brides to register will receive a t-shirt.
