The business was officially formed in 2007 by Stephanie Barber and Elaine Headley, a mother/daughter team. Stela believes that each event deserves to be fabulous and personalized to the client. While Stela will help to focus, organize and streamline the planning process, every event is uniquely tailored to each client's needs. No cookie cutter events here!
